Kensington-Cedar Cottage is an ethnically diverse neighbourhood bordered by Fraser Street to the west, Nanaimo Street to the east, 41st Avenue to the south and 16th & Broadway to the north.
This area is undergoing a rejuvenation and is now popular with young professionals and new families. New innovative shops and restaurants are opening up throughout the area.
The area at Kingsway and Fraser is now referred to as “Fraserwood”, and this area has some of Vancouver’s best restaurants.
